Research and Planning: Trailer Ideas

I have seen a part of this trailer that I think is really effective in a stalker film. I like the part where the camera flashes with images of the family as it is fast pace and shows how obsessive and creepy the man is.

A film called 'Demons Never Die' came on sky premiere this Friday so I decided to watch it and find interesting parts that can help me when i'm thinking about ideas for my trailer.
Parts I thought were effective;
- I liked how the character called Archie has a flashback into childhood which helps to enlighten or hint to the audience why the character has mental issues/problems later in life.
-The dark lighting reflected the dark thoughts of the character and created a dark mood/atmosphere.
-Establishing shots that shown the area in this case it created a glum and dismal image.
-A scene with a character walking through a graveyard, this is a great setting as it provides a sense of foreboding and it eerie.
-In terms of sound, I thought the heavy breathing and footsteps were interesting as it makes both the audience and character in the film feel paranoid so you participate in the film.
-A good part of mise en scene I saw was the villain in a black hoodie which hid his identity in a black room with newspaper clippings
